CrevoCAM Privacy

1. Summary

CrevoCAM is a camera app that runs entirely on your iPhone. The photos, videos and audio you capture never leave your device: we have no server receiving your content, we do not upload your media anywhere and we do not sell data.

This policy describes how the app, published by CREVO STUDIO LTDA(Brazilian company ID 50.958.873/0001-80, São Paulo, Brazil), handles the permissions it requests.

2. Permissions the app requests and why

• Camera: required to capture photos and videos. Preview and recording happen on the device.
• Microphone: required to record audio with video and to show the live level monitor (VU meter).
• Photos (library): used to save your captures to your photo library (in the “CrevoCAM” album), to apply and update filter edits on them, and to import existing media when you choose to.
• Motion (CoreMotion): used only to detect the iPhone’s orientation and adjust the interface, regardless of the iOS rotation lock. It does not track location or physical activity.

You can revoke any permission at any time in Settings > CrevoCAM on iOS. Without camera and microphone access, capture features will not work.

3. Where your content lives

• Photos and clips are saved to your iOS Photos library, organized in the “CrevoCAM” album. The original is preserved by the system and filters are stored as reversible edits.
• LUTs and presets you import or create stay on the device.
• Preferences (resolution, format, settings) stay on the device.
• None of this is sent to CREVO servers or to third parties.

4. Subscriptions and payment

CrevoCAM offers subscriptions (monthly, semiannual and yearly) processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your card details. Billing, charges and renewals follow Apple’s privacy policy. The app only checks with Apple whether you have an active subscription in order to unlock access.

5. Data we do NOT collect

• We do not collect your location.
• There are no accounts or logins in the app — you never sign up to use it.
• We do not upload your photos, videos or audio to any server.
• We do not use advertising trackers or share data with advertisers.

6. Analytics and diagnostics

The app does not embed third-party analytics SDKs. Crash reports and aggregated usage metrics may be provided anonymously by Apple (App Store Connect), according to your iPhone settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements. You control this directly in iOS.

7. Children

The app is not directed at people under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Your rights

Since your content stays on your device, you have full control: you can delete photos, clips, presets and uninstall the app at any time. For questions about data handling by CREVO STUDIO LTDA (including rights under Brazil’s LGPD), write to hello@crevo.co. We reply within 15 business days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves or legislation changes. The date above reflects the latest update.
