CrevoCAM Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading and using CrevoCAM, an app published by CREVO STUDIO LTDA (Brazilian company ID 50.958.873/0001-80), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app does

CrevoCAM is an iPhone camera app offering photo and video capture with real-time filters (LUTs), manual controls, audio monitoring, composition guides, long exposure and project organization. All processing happens on your device.

3. Subscription, pricing and renewal

• Plans: monthly (with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers), semiannual and yearly. Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency.
• Free trial: the 7-day free period is available only on the monthly plan and only once per Apple Account. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription is charged automatically.
• Billing: handled by Apple, on your Apple Account, at purchase confirmation.
• Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the current price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: processed by Apple, according to App Store policies.

Prices may vary by region and may change in the future. Price changes are communicated according to App Store rules.

4. Complimentary access

CREVO may grant free access to the app to specific people (family, collaborators or guests) by its own means. This access is personal, non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the app in accordance with the law, respecting the rights of others (image, privacy, property).
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or bypass the subscription verification.
• You are solely responsible for the content you capture and how you use it.

6. Your content

Everything you capture is yours. The app claims no rights over your photos, videos or audio, and does not access or upload this content outside your device. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Warranty and liability

The app is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it stable and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREVO is not liable for data loss, loss of recordings or indirect damages arising from use. We recommend always checking and backing up your important recordings.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, modify or discontinue app features at any time. New versions may change functionality. Security updates and fixes are distributed via the App Store.

9. Requirements

CrevoCAM requires an iPhone running iOS 17 or later. Some features (such as specific lenses) depend on your model’s hardware.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve disputes, without prejudice to consumer rights provided by law.
